We provide free returns within 30 days of your order being delivered or received.
However, please note that not all items are eligible for return. Items excluded from our return policy will be clearly marked on product pages or during checkout. To qualify for a return:

The return process must be initiated, and the item(s) sent back within 30 days of delivery or receipt.

The item(s) should not have been labeled as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase unless the item is faulty.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and in a condition that is as good as new. This includes any swing tags, shoe boxes, ribbons, or specialty packaging.

A photo of the item(s) must be provided before shipping, so we can evaluate their condition.
Please Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to issue a refund for the shipping costs.
